2. What we collect
When you submit an RFQ or request the EUDR checklist, we process: your name, company, work email, destination port, product category, estimated volume, and any details you provide in the message field. We collect nothing else. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
3. Purpose and legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
We use your data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes, and — where you are an existing business contact — send occasional business-relevant follow-ups. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) (steps prior to entering a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest in B2B communication). We do not add you to marketing lists and do not sell or share data with third parties.
4. Storage and retention
Inquiry data is stored in our business email and CRM, retained no longer than [24 months] after the last contact, then deleted unless a contract follows.
5. Your rights

6. International transfers
