Most Asian suppliers are built for the big buyer: minimums that assume a warehouse chain, quote sheets that only move at volume, and a sales team that stops replying once your order is too small to matter. We are deliberately the opposite — and here is exactly what that means in numbers, not slogans.
What "small-business friendly" means here
| What scares small buyers | How it works with us |
|---|---|
| MOQ of 500–1,000 pcs per SKU | 50 pcs per SKU on upholstered lines, 100 pcs on metal-frame seating — and mixed containers from ~100 pcs total across SKUs |
| "Container only" ordering | A first order can be a single mixed 20GP — two to four SKUs, one loading plan, one shipment |
| Account opening fees / annual contracts | None. No opening fee, no annual commitment, no exclusivity talk |
| "Contact sales for pricing" | Transparent FOB bands on every product page, firm quote in 72 hours |
| Salespeople who vanish on small orders | Same person from first question to container loading, replies within 24h, EN / DE / 中文 |
| Quality gamble on a new supplier | Samples at sample price, credited back against the first production order; AQL 2.5 third-party inspection before the balance payment |
| Compliance surprises at customs | HS code stated per SKU, written no-wood declaration, test reports in the shipment file — the same pack big buyers get |
Your first order, step by step
- Send one photo or one spec. The closest thing you buy today is enough. Tell us quantity and destination port or city.
- Get a dual-origin quote in 72 hours. FOB China and FOB Vietnam on one sheet, freight as a separate line, landed cost per unit, exact units per container.
- Order 1–2 samples. Sample price plus freight. The cost is credited back against your first production order.
- Approve the PP sample. The signed piece stays at the factory as the golden sample every future run is checked against.
- First container — often a mixed one. Production 35–50 days, AQL 2.5 inspection before the balance payment, documents in the shipment file.
- Repeat on your schedule. No minimums between orders. The fabric batch reference is kept so season two matches season one.
Why a trading company is the right size partner for a small buyer
We are not a factory — and for a first-time or small-volume importer that is the advantage. A factory optimises one production line and pushes you toward what that line makes. We place production across vetted factories in China and Vietnam, which means we can quote both origins side by side, switch when duty or freight changes the maths, and hold one documentation standard across everything you buy. One contact, one price sheet, one person accountable.
And because our own cost structure is lean, small orders are genuinely welcome here — they are how our buyers grow into big ones.
Test us with one SKU
A photo and a quantity is enough. You get real numbers in 72 hours — and if they don't beat what you pay today, we will say so.
